A consumer products company in Texas is actively seeking a new Financial Reporting & Consolidations Manager to join their team in a Remote setting.
***This is a Remote opportunity, but must work EST and/or CST hours***

Responsibilities:
- Consolidating entries, including investments, contributions, and dividends
- Reviewing financial statements and ensuring the elimination of intercompany balances
- Preparing statements of cash flow
- Preparing reconciliations for certain financial statement items
- Helping to prepare consolidated variance analysis
- Managing disclosure schedules for filing
- Conducting lease reviews
- Assisting with NCI calculation
- Preparing monthly FX gain/loss reconciliation
- Preparing quarterly equity rollforward
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related Finance experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Financial Consolidation
- Skilled in preparing financial statements
- Proficient in Variance Analysis
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work remotely within specified time zones
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- CPA (optional, based on experience)
- Proficiency in Financial software
