A recognized services company is currently seeking a new Financial Applications Specialist II to leverage operations knowledge and business insight to contribute to technical discussions and improve solutions.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business problems and delivering solutions through applications, integration, and automation
- Participating in the full project lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and support
- Providing application technical expertise to address system gaps and recommend solutions
- Collaborating with third parties and internal teams for integration strategies and documentation
- Supporting business projects through financial analysis, documentation, and training
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Information Systems
- Ability to lead technical requirements development and manage cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills
Desired Skills:
- 7 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Certifications in Finance-related software (if any)
- Experience in a Nonprofit and/or Healthcare environment
