A recognized services organization in Minneapolis, MN is actively seeking a new Finance/Operations Profit21 Lead to join their growing team. In this role, the Finance/Operations Profit21 Lead will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial management, streamlining operations, and driving continuous improvements through the effective use of Profit21.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Profit21 System Lead, managing financial modules and operational workflows
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Partner with the Operations & Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate inventory, order management, and cost tracking within Profit21
- Analyze financial and operational data, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, IT) to improve system utilization and process efficiency
- Lead troubleshooting, enhancements, and configurations within Profit21, working with IT and vendor support when needed
- Develop reporting and dashboards to support decision-making at both the finance and operational levels
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations
- Train and support staff on Profit21 best practices to maximize adoption and accuracy
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Finance, Operations, and/or ERP Leadership role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, and/or related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Epicor Profit21 (P21), including financial and operational modules
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and Financial Reporting
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Desired Skills:
- CPA and/or MBA
- Background in process improvement, system optimization, or ERP implementation projects
- Experience in a Distribution, Manufacturing and/or Wholesale environment
