A specialty practice in New Jersey is actively seeking a self-motivated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join their Pediatric Neurology staff, primarily in New Jersey, with flexibility to travel to the Westchester and Manhattan offices a few times per month.

- Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient
- Specialty : Pediatric Neurology/Epilepsy
- Schedule : Monday through Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Call : optional call with differential

Responsibilities
- Perform complete history and physical examinations on patients within the outpatient clinic and the medical centers
- Clearly discriminate between abnormal and normal findings when evaluating the history, physical examination, and laboratory tests
- Identify patient problems and develop further treatment plans and modalities in concert with the supervising physician
- Make complete entries in the EMR utilizing evidence-based practice
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey State Family Nurse Practitioner license
- DEA
- CDS
- Computer literacy and familiarity with EMR charting
Desired skills
- Neuroscience Nursing and Critical Care experience
