A health services organization in South Carolina is actively seeking a licensed Family Medicine Physician to join an outpatient primary care facility in Berkeley County.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: 4 days/week
- Hours: 8am to 5pm (32 hours/week with 1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
- Patient Population: Adults
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services
- Manage adult patient population (no pediatrics)
- Conduct exams, diagnose, and treat conditions
- Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions
- Complete documentation and administrative duties
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree
- Active license in the State of South Carolina
- Family Medicine and/or Primary Care background
- Ability to conduct thorough patient examinations
- Diagnostic and treatment skills
- Solid assessment and documentation skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Desired Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Advanced Communication certifications
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Record ( EHR ) systems
