A property management firm in Tucson, Arizona, is seeking a new Facilities Master Data Specialist to manage technical asset data and oversee critical spare parts inventory.

Responsibilities:
- Performing regular cycle counts and physical audits of spare parts inventory.
- Maintaining part records in Odoo with updated serial numbers and manufacturer data.
- Managing "Min/Max" reorder points to prevent stock-outs.
- Reconciling physical stock variances with system records.
- Ensuring logged inventory for automated replenishment
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- High School Diploma / GED and some university or college training
- Experience in Data Entry, transcription, or Quality Control
- Experience with CMMS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of at least one CMMS (e.g., RAM, Archibus, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience with SAP P1U - master data
- Proficiency in Odoo inventory Management
