A leading global media & entertainment company is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Administrative professional to join their staff as an Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to provide comprehensive support to a Senior Executive.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, scheduling, and meeting logistics for a senior leader
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and expense management
  • Prepare and edit executive communications, presentations, and reports with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy
  • Act as gatekeeper and liaison, managing information flow and prioritizing requests for the executive’s time
  • Support executive participation in key meetings, preparing background materials and tracking follow-up actions
  • Partner with the executive to manage strategic priorities and ensure alignment across internal teams
  • Lead follow-up and execution for leadership meetings, tracking progress against goals and key initiatives
  • Anticipate issues, identify opportunities, and proactively recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Help draft communications, talking points, and materials for executive-level presentations or leadership forums
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive and business-critical information
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of combined experience in executive support, operations, or Chief of Staff-type role
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; confident preparing polished materials for senior audiences
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities with grace, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and leadership levels
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
Desired Skills:
  • Advanced Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in an Entertainment, Media, and/or Technology organization
