A recognized pharma company is seeking a new Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of Oracle Cloud ERP projects.

- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)
- Leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP initiatives from requirements gathering through stabilization
- Managing project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and risk mitigation
- Coordinating activities across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, and HCM
- Serving as the primary contact between business teams and system integrators
- Overseeing configuration, integrations, data migration, and testing activities
- Experience managing Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS-to-Cloud projects
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules
- Expertise with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps or JIRA
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Master's degree
- Oracle Cloud Project Management certification
- Experience with data migration and integration strategies
