About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business (40 hours per week)
- Setting: Fully remote with a preference for candidates in NJ/NYC for occasional office visits
Responsibilities:
- Serving as the main point of contact for enterprise applications such as Smartsheet and JIRA
- Collaborating with engineering teams to support tool integration
- Engaging with internal application owners to confirm usage and explore alternatives
- Coordinating with procurement for licensing and vendor management
- Developing systems for requesting and provisioning new licenses
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product coordination or technology operations
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise productivity platforms like Atlassian and Smartsheet
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally across departments
- Highly organized with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and drive progress
- Strong problem-solving skills
