An enterprise technology services organization is seeking an Enterprise Test Lead in Chicago, IL. This hybrid role will oversee the testing lifecycle for critical projects, guiding strategy, execution, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end test delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define and implement test strategies, processes, and frameworks aligned with organizational standards.
- Ensure quality deliverables through defect management, test coverage, and traceability practices.
- Manage distributed testing teams and support collaboration across onshore and offshore resources.
- Track testing progress, risks, and issues while partnering with development, business, and program teams.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in QA or Test Delivery Management

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Rest Assured, and JMeter
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies
- Experience managing distributed or global testing teams
Desired Skills:
- ISTQB, CSM, PMI, or equivalent certification
- Experience in enterprise-level programs and client-facing environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with budgeting and capacity planning for testing engagements.
