A media & entertainment organization in New York City is actively seeking a new L1 & L2 Tech Support Specialist to provide IT support and resolve issues promptly.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Open to night and weekend shifts
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 8am to 4pm
Responsibilities:
- Providing support via Phone, Chat, and In Person
- Diagnosing and resolving complex problems
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Meeting team targets
- Collaborating on service improvement plans and operational projects
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant IT experience
- Experience with Windows, Mac OSX, Office 365, and Active Directory
- Awareness of ITIL fundamentals
- Ability to manage SLA targets and KPIs
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Mobile Device Management
