A recognized services company in California is seeking a new Applications Developer specializing in Accela to join their growing team in San Diego.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days a week)
Responsibilities:
- Leading and contributing to Accela development, including scripting and configuration
- Designing and developing SSRS reports with complex datasets
- Building and maintaining ASP.NET/.NET applications and APIs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
- Translating business requirements into technical designs
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of JavaScript Development experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Accela development/configuration
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET/.NET
- Proficiency in SQL and SSRS report development
- Experience with enterprise Windows Server environments
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Advanced .NET experience
- Experience supporting Accela in Government or large-scale Enterprise environments
- Background in Application Testing or Quality Assurance
- Exposure to AWS services
