A services organization in Ohio is actively seeking a new Engineering Operations Technician to join a dynamic team in data center operations, focused on maintaining critical infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment
- Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures
- Conduct maintenance tasks, including filter changes and battery system PMs
- Troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within the internal SLA
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures
- Supervise contractors performing maintenance
- Take daily operational readings of equipment
- Use internal CMMS to manage workflows
- Provide data for metrics reporting
- Ensure equipment is running smoothly and perform administrative tasks
- Maintain power, cooling, and clean rooms for critical environments
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Technical (Military/ Trade School) training and/or relevant experience
- Experience in a Data Center or Critical Environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid leadership and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency with building automation systems
