A leading services company in Arizona is seeking a new Engineering Operations Technician, specializing in mechanical and electrical systems, to join their Data Center team in Phoenix.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Rotating 3 to 4-day work weeks
- Hours: 12-hour shifts
- Setting: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment
- Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures
- Perform limited maintenance tasks, including filter changes and battery system PMs
- Troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within the internal SLA
- Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Technical (Military/Trade School) training and/or relevant experience
- Experience working in a Data Center or a Critical Environment
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Desired Skills:
- Certification in a relevant technical field
- Proficiency in building automation systems
