About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Rotational (morning, mid-morning, afternoon-night, overnight)
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Varies by shift
Responsibilities:
- Configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues for transmission and communication systems
- Ensuring reliable transmission operations
- Facilitating support for cross-disciplinary operations
- Interfacing with vendors and improving system performance
- Developing standard operating procedures for technical operations
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Systems Engineering
- Bachelor's Degree
- Understanding of IP networking
- Experience with OTT monitoring tools
- Intermediate IT troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of streaming video workflows
- Proficiency in MS Office and similar tools
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical problem-solving ability
- Team-oriented mindset
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience
- Certifications in CCNA or CompTIA
- Familiarity with Baseband Video protocols
- Project Management skills
