An entertainment company in New Jersey is actively seeking a new Employee Relations Manager to join their growing team.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Varies, with potential for long days
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end employee relations
- Leading terminations and retirement processes
- Owning performance management
- Maintaining employee handbooks
- Updating HR systems and staying current on employment law
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Solid understanding of Labor Relations
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work in high-accountability environments
