About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Night Shift
- Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday
- Hours: 6:00 pm - 4:30 am
- Setting: Workplace Health & Safety
The Emergency Medicine Technician will be responsible for:
- Providing first aid support and referring to medical providers as necessary
- Minimizing risk of injury through education and engagement
- Maintaining records and managing compensation programs
- Providing reports and engaging with employees on safety
- Participating in training and certification facilitation
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- EMT or Paramedic Certification, or relevant military/athletic experience
- Proficiency in CPR and first aid
- Experience in digital recordkeeping
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Team-oriented attitude
Desired Skills:
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Certification to teach first aid, CPR, AED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with industrial wellness programs
- Experience managing musculoskeletal disorders and OSHA regulations
