Responsibilities:
- Providing first aid and referring employees to external medical providers
- Minimizing injury risks through education and proactive engagement
- Maintaining care records
- Coordinating workers' compensation and return-to-work programs
- Delivering daily activity logs and shift reports
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic Certification, relevant military experience, or Athletic Trainer Certification
- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in emergency care and OSHA compliance
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Desired Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Certification in Health-related training
- Experience teaching First Aid, CPR, and AED
