A health services network in York, Pennsylvania, is seeking a new Emergency Medicine Technician to join their team as a Workplace Health & Safety team, providing medical support and safety management onsite.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday
- Hours: 5:30pm to 4am
Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid support and make referrals to outside medical providers as necessary
- Minimize the employee’s risk of injury through awareness, education, and proactive engagement
- Maintain all records of care provided to employees
- Coordinate and maintain the workers’ compensation and return to work programs
- Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- EMT or Paramedic Certification, or six months of military medic experience, or Athletic Trainer Certification
- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proficient in First Aid and Emergency Care
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented in record keeping
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to educate and coach employees
Desired Qualifications:
- Certified to teach First Aid, CPR, and AED
- Experience with an Industrial wellness program
- Experience managing Musculoskeletal Disorders
- Experience with OSHA regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
