A recognized health services organization in Oklahoma is actively seeking a new Emergency Medicine Technician to join its Health & Safety team in Oklahoma City. In this full-time, onsite role, the Emergency Medicine Technician will be responsible for providing first aid, maintaining safety records, and collaborating with team members to support employee wellness.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Swing
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- Hours: 2pm to Midnights
Responsibilities:
- Providing first aid and making referrals to outside medical providers as necessary
- Minimizing employee risk of injury through education and proactive engagement
- Maintaining all records of care provided to employees
- Coordinating workers’ compensation and return to work programs
- Providing daily activity logs and end of shift reports
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current valid EMT or Paramedic Certification, or relevant military medical experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Attention to detail
- Compassion and empathy
Desired Skills:
- Experience with an industrial wellness program
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations
- Experience with digital record-keeping
