A Texas-based healthcare network is actively seeking a new Emergency Medicine Technician to join their team in Fort Worth and provide first aid and support workplace health and safety on-site.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday
- Hours: 7am to 5:30pm
- Setting: Workplace Health & Safety
Responsibilities:
- Providing first aid support and coordinating care with external medical providers
- Minimizing risk through education and proactive engagement
- Maintaining detailed records of care
- Coordinating workers’ compensation and return to work programs
- Providing daily activity logs and shift reports
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of related experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Ability to administer first aid and CPR
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail
Desired Skills:
- BLS instructor certification
- Experience with Industrial Wellness programs
- Background in Military Medical roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Capability in Digital Record Keeping
