A health services organization is seeking an EIT Project Manager to support complex, cross-functional projects in a remote environment. This role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, governance, and clear communication across enterprise teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality for medium to high complexity cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, closure documentation, and executive summaries.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, including mitigation planning and escalation as needed.
- Partner with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders while leading meetings, governance activities, and leadership updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a healthcare and/or information technology environment.
- 4 to 6 years of project management experience with medium to high complexity projects.
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare and IT setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or a similar Agile project management tool.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Desired Skills:
- PMP, CAPM, or PMI-PBA certification.
- Intermediate experience with PivotTables, Visio, SharePoint List Builder or Site Creator, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience working in a structured PMO environment.
- Background in business analysis.
- Technical project management experience with the ability to understand technical discussions and documentation.
