We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a hybrid role in Southern California to manage a large-scale EHR implementation within a healthcare environment. This role involves leading cross-functional teams and ensuring project success.
Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end EHR implementation initiatives, from planning through go-live and stabilization
- Developing and managing project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinating efforts across clinical, technical, operational, and vendor teams
- Facilitating stakeholder meetings and providing clear status reporting
- Supporting change management, training coordination, and user adoption efforts
- Ensuring project activities align with healthcare regulatory and compliance standards
- Identifying and resolving risks and issues to keep projects on track
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Familiarity with major EHR platforms (Epic or comparable systems)
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in hybrid/on-site environments
