Project: Acceleration of MS Dynamics CRM Implementation for State of Florida’s Medicaid System
Trulight Consulting, LLC (a prime for the State of Florida Medicaid program) has a sole sourced project to support this and will be leaning on us for staffing. The State of Florida is in the final phase of implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to modernize and streamline operations within their contact centers. This initiative is critical to improving constituent engagement, case tracking, and service delivery.
The project is currently in its final three-month stretch, during which the client must complete system configuration, integration, testing, and go-live readiness activities. However, the client is facing a significant resource shortfall that threatens the timely and successful completion of the implementation.
To meet project deadlines and ensure quality delivery, the client requires immediate augmentation of their project team with:
• 15 Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developers with experience in system implementation, integration, and custom workflow development. (We need resources for Front End, Core Dev, and Integration)
• 8 Testers with expertise in CRM testing and test automation.
• Preferred: Public Sector implementation experience is preferred, but not required.
Trulight, although a small firm is fast growing and is veteran owned. They work on-site at the State of Florida every day, so if we deliver well here, it could lead to ongoing opportunity every year for us as well as build our chops in more public sector work.

- Collaborate with backend developers and QA teams
- Ensure responsive and accessible design
Requirements:
- Experience with Power Pages, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles
