A recognized services company in Virginia is seeking a new Pega Development Lead to deliver Digital Process Automation (DPA) solutions by guiding development teams, reviewing architecture, and ensuring high-quality Pega application delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead Pega application design, configuration, and development
- Own technical solutioning and enforce guardrails and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA
- Support integrations, deployments, and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 6+ years of Pega Development experience
- CSSA
- Strong command of case lifecycle design, flows, data pages, activities, and integrations
- Experience leading development teams in Agile environments
- Deep debugging and performance-tuning capabilities
- Strong communication and documentation skills
