A recognized services organization in Northfield, Illinois, is seeking a Distribution Services Production Planner to join their team and support production planning and fulfillment operations onsite.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift : Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Managing Oracle workflow for Product Service Requests, Evaluations, and Kit Instructions
- Monitoring and responding to inquiries via the Production Planning email box
- Packing program packets for shipment
- Closing program packets in the Scores system
- Opening and processing inbound slide returns
Qualifications:
- 6+ months of relevant work experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Computer savvy
- Microsoft Outlook & Teams proficiency
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
Desired Skills:
- Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in a Mailroom / Production environment (e.g., UPS, warehouse)
- Experience with Oracle systems or familiarity with Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Previous experience in a Fulfillment or Distribution setting
- Working knowledge of Oracle (CAP Project Super User & iProcurement access)
