A nonprofit organization in New York City is seeking a hardworking professional to join one of their women's shelters in Brooklyn as their new Director of Security & Operations.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Setting: Women's Shelter
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining professional relationships and client confidentiality
- Complying with security and privacy policies
- Communicating contract requirements to staff
- Setting performance targets
- Conducting internal file reviews and quality assurance
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2 years of applicable experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with CARES
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Crisis intervention skills
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong facilities management skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Facilities / Maintenance Management background
- Experience with DHS, OTDA, and FDNY compliance
- Experience with Corrective Action plans
