Responsibilities:
The Digital Services Technical Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving technology transformation initiatives involving AI and digital solutions.
- Providing executive-level communication during high-impact events.
- Responding to RFIs and aligning with strategic agendas.
- Ensuring process standardization for incident response.
- Managing performance of team resources and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- AWS Solutions Architect – Professional; AWS Certified Security - Specialty Certification
- Hands-on expertise in DevSecOps, automation, application development
- Strong understanding of identity access management
- Experience with AWS Cloud environment (CloudWatch, OpenSearch)
- Experience with Kubernetes and GitLab CI/CD
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication and leadership presence
- Ability to work 24/7 environment and handle off-hour issues
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- Active Public Trust
- Familiarity with PaaS environments
