The Digital Services Technical Lead will be responsible for:
- Technical design, development, and solutioning of new technology implementations
- Driving maturity of current software development and delivery practices
- Providing expert leadership for technology transformations
- Communicating risks and impacts of technical events
- Responding to RFIs and drafting technical strategies
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in AWS, networking, IT security, and databases
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or relevant field
- AWS Solutions Architect – Professional certification
- DevSecOps, security, and automation expertise
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Kubernetes
- Proficiency with AWS tools and security technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership and incident resolution capabilities
Desired Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in relevant roles
- Advanced certifications preferred
- Experience with PaaS environments
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java)
- Ability to manage critical incidents and communication
