An enterprise financial institution in Florida is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their team in Pensacola, providing hands-on technical support for end users in a fast-paced environment.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support for end users, including hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting
- Install, configure, and support desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11 operating system issues and user access problems
- Support workstation deployments, equipment refreshes, moves, adds, and changes
- Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system while collaborating with internal IT teams to resolve complex issues
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 11 operating systems
- Experience with hardware deployment, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience working independently and within a collaborative team environment
Desired Skills:
- Security+ certification or an IT-related degree
- Experience with printer server management and printer troubleshooting
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams support
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills
- Experience supporting users in a large enterprise environment
