An enterprise financial organization is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in Pensacola, Florida. This on-site role provides day-to-day technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues in a fast-paced IT environment.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: Standard business
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site desktop and technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
- Manage and document support tickets in ServiceNow or a similar system
- Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications
- Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining strong customer service
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Desktop Support or Technical Support experience in an Enterprise environment
- Experience with Windows 10/11 support and Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar Ticketing systems
- Experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory environments
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting printers and connectivity issues
Desired Skills:
- CompTIA A+ or related IT certification
- Experience with desktop imaging and deployment tools such as MDT, LTI, or ZTI
- Experience supporting Outlook or IBM Lotus Notes
- Familiarity with enterprise hardware deployment and lifecycle support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
