An enterprise financial organization is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in Pensacola, Florida. This on-site role provides day-to-day technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues in a fast-paced IT environment.

 About the Opportunity:
  • Shift: Day shift
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday
  • Hours: Standard business
Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site desktop and technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
  • Manage and document support tickets in ServiceNow or a similar system
  • Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining strong customer service
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Desktop Support or Technical Support experience in an Enterprise environment
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 support and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar Ticketing systems
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory environments
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting printers and connectivity issues
Desired Skills:
  • CompTIA A+ or related IT certification
  • Experience with desktop imaging and deployment tools such as MDT, LTI, or ZTI
  • Experience supporting Outlook or IBM Lotus Notes
  • Familiarity with enterprise hardware deployment and lifecycle support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
