A leading servics company in Vienna, VA is looking for a dedicated Desktop Support Technician, providing on-site support to end users within enterprise Windows environments.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Troubleshooting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications
- Handling Palo Alto GlobalProtect client connectivity issues
- Utilizing ServiceNow for ticketing and issue tracking
- Providing excellent customer service
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience with Windows 11 environments
- Experience with M365 applications
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification
- Experience using ConnectWise Remote Support Software
- Experience using CyberArk Workforce Password Management Software
- Experience troubleshooting Citrix VDI environments
