About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 6pm (1-hour lunch break)
- Setting: Office environment
Responsibilities:
- Issuing and setting up laptops, installing software, and supporting conference rooms
- Handling walk-up requests, remote support, and security tickets
- Utilizing ticketing systems like FreshService to ensure quick issue resolution
- Assisting in office moves, including equipment setup and meeting room technology
- Providing day-to-day IT support, including call logging and troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of desktop support experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
- Certifications like A+ or Network+ beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD
- Knowledge of ticketing systems such as FreshService
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders confidently
Desired Skills:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Certifications in specialized IT disciplines such as ITIL
- Experience with LAN/WAN/VPN troubleshooting
