A dynamic organization in Westchester County, NY, is currently seeking a Technology Support Engineer. This role focuses on providing on-site deskside IT, Audio/Video (AV), and Video Conferencing support to ensure productivity and profitability for VIP clients.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Standard Business Hours
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Office environment
Responsibilities:
- Delivering world-class technology support services within company standards
- Acting as first-line support for local employees and agents
- Logging all IT engagements in the ticketing system for performance tracking
- Traveling occasionally within Westchester and Connecticut
- Troubleshooting WiFi, network, cabling, hardware/software, printers, and AV systems
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in end-user IT support
- Must have a car for occasional travel
- Expertise in MacOS and Windows OS
- Proficiency in Azure, M365, InTune, Entra, Defender
- Experience with AV and conferencing tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Exceptional client-facing poise and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Desired Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in IT support
- Certification in relevant systems
- Advanced knowledge of AV technology
- Proficient in client relationship management
- Strong communication skills
