A recognized consumer services organization in New York City is seeking a new Department Manager to oversee IT/OT infrastructure initiatives related to various energy commodities.
Responsibilities:
- Developing strategic plans and technology roadmaps for IT/OT systems
- Managing project plans, resources, schedules, and budgets
- Leading IT/OT technology projects and acting as a single point of contact
- Defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders
- Aligning with technology partners in IT operations and planning
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or a related field
- Solid understanding of Architectural concepts and practice leading to scalable solutions
- Proven skills in Project Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Desired Skills:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or a related field
- Experience in a Supervisory role
- Solid understanding of Network protocols
- Experience with OMS, GIS, SCADA, and OT technologies
