About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Fully Remote

- Schedule: Ideally 8-5 CST
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Remote, supporting a Nashville-based team
Responsibilities:
The Database Admin will be responsible for:
- Conducting a comprehensive assessment of existing database architecture
- Designing and implementing a scalable, efficient architecture using Microsoft Fabric
- Optimizing queries and indexing strategies
- Developing monitoring tools and documentation for database performance
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with healthcare data standards
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in database management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications in database management systems (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Proficiency in query optimization and indexing
- Experience in database performance monitoring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Desired Skills:
- 10+ years of experience
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Advanced certifications in database management
- Deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server
