A recognized institution in New York City is seeking a new Data Scientist to join their team in Manhattan, supporting data initiatives for Retail, Digital, and Marketing.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
- Designing a customer segmentation model using varied data
- Translating model outputs for operational use in marketing
- Maintaining and iterating segmentation strategies
- Analyzing customer lifecycle for growth opportunities
- Designing and implementing A/B testing frameworks
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Python or R, and SQL
- Experience with building segmentation models
- Skills in statistical inference and experimental design
- Ability to communicate complex findings
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree
- Familiarity with Customer Data in retail or museum contexts
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with Data Transformation tools
