A leading services organization in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a new Data Lineage Specialist - Colibra.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Setting: Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office
Responsibilities:
- Designing and maintaining data lineage using Collibra
- Managing Collibra integrations with ETL tools and databases
- Automating lineage processes and metadata ingestion
- Collaborating with data stewards for governance alignment
- Creating lineage visualizations and reports
- Maintaining metadata models and policies
- Providing support and training on lineage capabilities
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong understanding of Metadata Management and Data Governance
- Experience with Automated Lineage tools
- Familiarity with Data Movement tools and platforms
- Strong SQL and Data Profiling skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaboration skills
Desired Skills:
- 10+ years of experience with Collibra
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field
- Collibra certifications (Ranger, Steward, Lineage)
- Experience with Cloud Data platforms
