About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day or Nights
- Schedule: Flexible depending on shift
- Setting: Data Centers (Ashburn, Sterling, Chantilly, Manassas, Haymarket)
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and repairing hardware and network issues
- Participating in on-call rotations
- Installing and maintaining data center equipment
- Creating and maintaining documentation
- Innovating solutions and solving complex problems
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Advanced understanding of Computer Hardware, including troubleshooting and repair skills
- Basic knowledge of Linux Operating Systems or similar OS
- Basic understanding of Computer Networking
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Effective decision-making skills
- Strong organizational skills
