A recognized services organization in Oregon is actively seeking a new Data Center Technician to provide critical 24x7 technical support in the data center.

Responsibilities:
- Providing 24x7 technical support in the data center
- Installing and configuring network systems
- Monitoring and maintaining network availability
- Engaging in site layout and quality control
- Supervising server support for troubleshooting and resolving issues
Qualifications:
- Experience in network architecture and communication technology
- Education in IT or related field
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of server installation and hardware
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to diagnose data communications problems
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
Desired Skills:
- Associate’s Degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Experience with A+ and CCNA certifications
- Solid understanding of power and air flow systems
- Associate’s Degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of RAID, SAN, SCSI, and boot processes
- Strong customer interaction experience
