A financial servics organization in New York City is seeking a Creative Services Lead to develop high-quality visual assets, maintain brand consistency, and support the creation of marketing materials across channels.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (EST)
- Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute high-quality visual assets for brand and marketing communications
- Partner with Brand Marketing and key stakeholders to translate strategy into creative deliverables
- Develop modern marketing templates, collateral, resource guides, fact sheets, and related materials
- Apply and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy
- Manage creative workflows from concept through final delivery while meeting timelines and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of corporate branding, specifically within B2B organizations
- Background in design and branding with experience creating marketing templates and collateral
Desired Skills:
- Experience building and maintaining brand image libraries
- Ability to improve creative processes and document best practices
- Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners on brand initiatives
- Strong working knowledge of sound design principles, visual governance, and brand standards
