A leading financial services company is seeking a Contracts Administrator – Security to support their Infosec TPRM Security Vendor Management team in Vienna, VA. The role involves administrative support, contract reviews, and engagement with vendors.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support, including filing and metrics reporting
- Performing information gathering for complex contract reviews
- Tracking the status of reviews and capturing meeting minutes
- Facilitating meetings with internal units and third parties
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders and applying industry best practices
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience in the Financial Services and Information Security sectors
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build effective relationships
Desired Skills:
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Certifications in Contracts Management
- Certifications in Project Management and/or Information Security
- Experience in third-party/vendor management
