A rehabilitation network in New York City is actively seeking a new Contract & Records Compliance Coordinator to support HR operations with contract coordination and personnel file audits.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (35-hour work week; 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Responsibilities:
- Serving as the central liaison between departments and the Office of Legal Affairs (OLA) for all agreements
- Reviewing agreements for template accuracy and field completion
- Verifying existing agreements' status and identifying renewal needs
- Communicating with departments for initiation or renewal of agreements
- Maintaining the contract database on the share drive
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Ability to review documents for compliance with organizational standards
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
Desired Skills:
- Master's Degree
- AHA BLS certification
- Familiarity with working with legal teams
