A healthcare system in Westchester County, NY is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support compensation program analysis, market benchmarking, and pay administration. This role focuses on maintaining internal equity, supporting data-driven recommendations, and helping ensure compliance with compensation practices.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 4:30pm
- Setting: In-person
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using compensation survey data
- Analyze internal pay equity and recommend salary adjustments as needed
- Support administration of base pay structures, salary grades, and incentive programs
- Partner with HR and hiring managers on offer development and compensation recommendations
- Prepare and maintain job descriptions, job leveling, and compensation-related reports
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Compensation, HR Analytics, or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of Compensation structures, benchmarking, and job evaluation methodologies
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Desired Skills:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft
- Experience in a hospital or large healthcare system
- Familiarity with Union environments or large Workforce Compensation structures
