Responsibilities:
- Managing daily operational aspects, including CRO/vendor management and drug supply management.
- Overseeing vendors, timelines, and contract management
- Maintaining study documents such as timelines, plans, and oversight forms
- Leading or contributing to Study Management Team meetings
- Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in Clinical Research
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in Clinical Trial Management
- Excellent planning and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Self-motivated with problem-solving skills
- Strong relational skills with management and vendors
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare and/or a Scientific discipline
- International experience from study start-up through closeout
- Clinical trial management proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to mentor and onboard new staff
