- Schedule: Monday–Friday | Flex schedule options (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
- Hours: Full-time
- Setting: Outpatient Mental Health Clinic
Responsibilities:
- Providing weekly clinical supervision for ~8 staff members
- Conducting performance evaluations and coaching development
- Overseeing clinical operations and staffing
- Coordinating team case consultations and meetings
- Maintaining a small client caseload for clinical practice
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of post-MSW experience
- Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW required)
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based models like TF-CBT
- Experience in child welfare or Medicaid-based behavioral health settings
- Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
- Comfortable with clinical and administrative supervision
- Skills in documentation review and compliance monitoring
- Excellent communication skills
