A healthcare organization in New York City is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their growing skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Queens.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Days, Evenings, or Nights
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (every other weekend required)
- Hours: 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am
- Setting: Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility
Responsibilities:
- Administering and documenting resident care
- Assigning and supervising LPN/CNA workflow
- Conducting shift rounds and addressing patient needs
- Implementing physician orders & therapeutic treatments
- Participating in care plan development and revisions
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Long-term Care settings
- Supervisory skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability in high-pressure environments
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Ventilator experience
- Experience with high-acuity residents
