A pharma company in Massachusetts is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Clinical Data Management Technical Specialist to their team. In this role, the Clinical Data Management Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise and project management support for the Clinical Data Management team.
Responsibilities:
- Performing and reviewing clinical data mappings from multiple data sources
- Liaising with external vendors to resolve data format and mapping issues
- Collaborating with data managers and technical teams for data extraction and loading
- Reviewing and validating programming outputs
- Providing strategic planning for vendor system requirements
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Pharma/Biotech industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Scientific, Statistical or Computer Science field
- Experience with CDISC CDASH and SDTM
- Experience with Technology Platforms and Vendor Management
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical understanding across various departments
- Strong problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Applicable certifications in Data Management
- Proficiency in Data Aggregation tools
