A community services organization in New York City is seeking a new Client Care Supervisor to join one of its family shelters in Queens.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (1pm to 9pm once a week)
- Setting: Family shelter environment
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coaching case management staff
- Providing clinical oversight and mental health assessments
- Implementing quarterly staff training sessions
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date client documentation
- Conducting chart audits and managing incidents
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of related work experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- DHS Family Shelter experience
- Experience with the CARES system
- Strong supervisory skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Effective communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field
- Certification in Motivational Interviewing
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Proficiency in Electronic Documentation Systems
