A nonprofit organization in New York City is currently seeking a Client Care Supervisor to join one of its family shelters in Queens.

About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Full-time (35 hours/week)
- Setting: Family Shelter
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support frontline staff to ensure quality service delivery
- Oversee client documentation, compliance, and progress tracking
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to staff
- Assist with crisis intervention and client-related incidents
- Conduct chart audits and ensure all records meet regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to support client needs
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a Shelter, Social Services, and/or related setting
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a Supervisory role
- Strong documentation and compliance knowledge
